What was found
PILOT WAS UNABLE TO RAISE THE LANDING GEAR BECAUSE GEAR CONTROL HANDLE WAS LOCKED IN THE DOWN POSITION. THE LANDING GEAR CONTROL ASSY WAS FOUND TO BE DEFECTIVE. REPLACED THE LANDING GEAR CONTROL ASSY.
