AIRCRAFT TOOK OFF, MLG WOULD NOT RETRACT. RETURNED TO BASE. LANDING NORMAL. FOUND LT PITCH DAMPNER LEAKING FLUID. REMOVED AND REPLACED PITCH DAMPNER IAW 32-11-05. FUNCTIONAL CHECK SATISFACTORY, AIRCRAFT RETURNED TO SERVICE.
