Installation of Aircraft Development propeller vortelators on the propellers listed on the attached FAA Approved Model List (AML) No. SP01222WI, dated February 9, 2004, or later FAA Approved revision.

Data Required:

1. Aircraft Development, Installation Procedure – Propeller Vortelator Kit, Doc. No. 260-3, Rev. (-), dated September 3, 2003, or later FAA Approved revision.

1. This is a non-interference approval and shall not interfere with propeller operation, other approved propeller systems and/or components.

2. Compatibility of this design change with previously approved modifications must be determined by the installer.

3. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter the product, the holder shall give the other person written evidence of that permission.

4. A copy of this certificate and FAA Approved Model List must be maintained in the airplane permanent records.

This certificate and the supporting data, which is the basis for approval, shall remain in effect until surrendered, suspended, revoked or a termination date is otherwise established by the Administrator of the Federal Aviation Administration.
