From the FAA’s Accident/Incident Data System (AIDS), through its Aviation Safety Information Portal, as reported. The NTSB investigates accidents separately, and its record of an accident is the fuller one. The aircraft is matched to the registry by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry’s history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model.

What happened

The FAA’s narrative, in sentence case. The FAA writes it in capitals and removes private details.

Aircraft bounced off runway on landing and crashed on taxiway. (-23) while attempting a full stop landing at ipj, the pilot stated that at touch down the airplane bounced and then became airborne and then bounced again. The pilot thought that the airplane would start to porpoise, so she attempted a "balked landing" go around. The pilot applied full power at which time the nose of the airplane pitched up to 45 degrees. The right wing dropped and the airplane stalled to the right. The airplane traveled to the right of the runway when it collided with the stone and concrete support for the runway 23 airport sign. The airplane rotated counter clockwise and came to rest on the parallel taxiway. The pilot stated that she felt the airplane stalled because she failed to raise the flaps during the go around.
