The FAA’s narrative, in sentence case. The FAA writes it in capitals and removes private details.
(-23) Pilot started right engine during pushback. He had a tailwind of at least 20 knots. Winds at time of start was 080 at 31 knots. The start went hot and was aborted. It appears burning fuel dripped out of the tailpipe into the bypass and was blown forward by the strong tailwind causing flames to come out of the front of the engine. Passengers and crew evacuated via left front passenger door using slide. Slide deployed and inflated correctly. All passengers and crew evacuated aircraft via slide without injuries.
