From the FAA’s Accident/Incident Data System (AIDS), through its Aviation Safety Information Portal, as reported. The NTSB investigates accidents separately, and its record of an accident is the fuller one. The aircraft is matched to the registry by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry’s history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model.

What happened

The FAA’s narrative, in sentence case. The FAA writes it in capitals and removes private details.

(-23) The pilot stated that after take off from hudson, NY (1B1) I couldn't get an indication that the landing gear had fully retracted. Continuing the flight to north Philadelphia airport (pne) I went through the emergency landing gear extension procedures in the pilots operating handbook (POH) several times without success. With the aid of a mirror on the left wing strut I saw the nose gear partially down. Neither me nor my passenger could see the main landing gear in the down position. Upon touchdown the landing gear fully collapsed and the aircraft veered off runway 24 at the north Philadelphia airport (pne) and came to rest in the grass.
