From the FAA’s Accident/Incident Data System (AIDS), through its Aviation Safety Information Portal, as reported. The NTSB investigates accidents separately, and its record of an accident is the fuller one. The aircraft is matched to the registry by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry’s history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model.

What happened

The FAA’s narrative, in sentence case. The FAA writes it in capitals and removes private details.

(-23) The aircraft landed in IMC conditions on a runway that meet the performance requirements for a dry runway and for the aircraft configuration. Braking conditions were not reported, although the reported conditions were for freezing fog. The pilot reported as he applied the brakes the anti-skid was cycling. The aircraft overran the end of the runway causing minor damage to the aircraft and runway end lights. The runout area was icy and slippery on white painted surfaces. A normal deplaning of passengers was made without incident. Note: update: horizon geg maintenance completed a operational diagnostic check of the brake, antiskid, and beta systems at kgeg and found no faults. No fault codes were found in the aircraft computer. The recorders were removed and sent to pdx for analysis. The aircrafts #1 and #3 were replaced. Runway friction test at 0930 (1.5 hrs after incident), rollout 68.6% (40 or above is good).
