From the FAA’s Accident/Incident Data System (AIDS), through its Aviation Safety Information Portal, as reported. The NTSB investigates accidents separately, and its record of an accident is the fuller one. The aircraft is matched to the registry by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry’s history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model.

What happened

The FAA’s narrative, in sentence case. The FAA writes it in capitals and removes private details.

(-23) During final approach to vps, the landing gear was selected down. No down and lock indication was observed on any landing gear. One recycle attempt was initiated. Still no safe gear indication was observed. The landing gear circuit breaker was found tripped open. Crew performed a go-around and requested vps tower to check the landing gear position. The tower reported that none of the landing gear was extended. The landing gear abnormal check list was completed. The landing gear was pumped down - showing "three green". The crew declared an emergency and diverted to pfn (a maintenance base). The crew attempted contact with vps operations to notify dispatch of the divert. Vps operations could not be reached. (Vps operations radio has a long history of not working properly). The crew was successful at reaching pfn operations and notified them of the divert. Aircraft was landed uneventfully at pfn on runway 14. Aircraft was shut down on runway. All passengers were deplaned on runway and taken to the terminal by the pfn airport police. The landing gear was saftied by vertex maintenance and towed to the hanger for repair.
