From the FAA’s Accident/Incident Data System (AIDS), through its Aviation Safety Information Portal, as reported. The NTSB investigates accidents separately, and its record of an accident is the fuller one. The aircraft is matched to the registry by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry’s history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model.

What happened

The FAA’s narrative, in sentence case. The FAA writes it in capitals and removes private details.

(-23) N33DK was operating under the provisions of 14 CFR 135, on demand air cargo. On arrival at Teterboro Airport, the aircraft proceeded to a parking area on the jet aviation ramp. As the aircraft approached within about 100 feet of the hanger, an employee of jet aviation sitting on an aircraft tug attempted to get the pilots attention by waving his hands without lighted wands. As the aircraft approached at a high rate of speed, the tug operator realized that the aircraft was not slowing, and jumped from the tug. The right propeller struck the steering wheel of the tug after skidding approximately 10 feet. This incident occurred before sunrise, in a well lighted area of the jet aviation ramp.
