From the FAA’s Accident/Incident Data System (AIDS), through its Aviation Safety Information Portal, as reported. The NTSB investigates accidents separately, and its record of an accident is the fuller one. The aircraft is matched to the registry by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry’s history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model.

What happened

The FAA’s narrative, in sentence case. The FAA writes it in capitals and removes private details.

The airplane was being flown to a maintenance facility for repair of an intermittent landing gear alarm. The airplane was flown with landing gear down and the circuit breaker to the landing gear pump was pulled out. The right landing gear downlock actuator failed. With the downlock actuator fail and the gear pump circuit breakers pull there was nothing holding the landing gear forward. After landing the right landing gear collapsed and caused the plane to go off the runway. As the gear collapsed the right horizontal stabilator was damaged substantially.
