From the FAA’s Accident/Incident Data System (AIDS), through its Aviation Safety Information Portal, as reported. The NTSB investigates accidents separately, and its record of an accident is the fuller one. The aircraft is matched to the registry by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry’s history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model.

Inspection revealed a 14.5" crack in the fs 93 radome pressure bulkhead. privacy data omitted Approved ero and repairs were complied with before FAA could assign an iic. Investigation revealed that the same exact incident occurred in 2016. The last time the inspection was complied with was July 2024, only 5 months before the depressurization event.

As the FAA filed it

INSPECTION REVEALED A 14.5" CRACK IN THE FS 93 RADOME PRESSURE BULKHEAD. ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^ APPROVED ERO AND REPAIRS WERE COMPLIED WITH BEFORE FAA COULD ASSIGN AN IIC. INVESTIGATION REVEALED THAT THE SAME EXACT INCIDENT OCCURRED IN 2016. THE RESULT WAS NO AD, BUT ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^ DID PUBLISH AN ALERT SERVICE BULLETIN TO INSPECT THE FS 93 RADOME PRESSURE BULKHEAD FOR FATIGUE/CRACKS. THE LAST TIME THE INSPECTION WAS COMPLIED WITH WAS JULY 2024, ONLY 5 MONTHS BEFORE THE DEPRESSURIZATION EVENT.
