From the FAA’s Accident/Incident Data System (AIDS), through its Aviation Safety Information Portal, as reported. The NTSB investigates accidents separately, and its record of an accident is the fuller one. The aircraft is matched to the registry by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry’s history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model.

What happened

The FAA’s narrative, in sentence case. The FAA writes it in capitals and removes private details.

(-23) During approach to hya from mvy, pilot did not get 3 greens for gear down & locked. He followed emergency procedures and hand pumped the hyd system until he got 3 greens. The tower confirmed that it appeared all 3 gear were deployed. After landing roll the NLG collapsed & a/c skidded to an uneventful stop. My investigation revealed that the l/h MLG actuator was leaking as evidenced during attempted gear swings in griffin hangar in hya. This prevented adequate hydraulic press. Needed to over-center the NLG in its downlocked position. Apparently, the NLG green downlock light illuminates slightly before the gear is actually locked.

As the FAA filed it
