From the FAA’s Accident/Incident Data System (AIDS), through its Aviation Safety Information Portal, as reported. The NTSB investigates accidents separately, and its record of an accident is the fuller one. The aircraft is matched to the registry by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry’s history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model.

What happened

The FAA’s narrative, in sentence case. The FAA writes it in capitals and removes private details.

(-23) On landing the aircraft was on the front wheels with the tail wheel still off the ground. Near the 1000 ft markings the aircraft started to veer to the left side of the runway, a front left tire mark was visible at this location. At about 1050' the tail wheel came down hard leaving a scuff mark. The aircraft started into a right ground loop. The pilot attempted to correct it by applying left rudder. As the tail started to pass the front of the aircraft the lower left wing struck the runway. The aircraft then ran off the right side of the runway into a grass field. It then struck a ditch causing the aircraft to flip over.
