From the FAA’s Accident/Incident Data System (AIDS), through its Aviation Safety Information Portal, as reported. The NTSB investigates accidents separately, and its record of an accident is the fuller one. The aircraft is matched to the registry by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry’s history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model.

What happened

The FAA’s narrative, in sentence case. The FAA writes it in capitals and removes private details.

During a training flight the instructor simulated an engine failure (left engine) on approach into kfpr. The tower cleared the aicraft to land on runway 10 right and during the landing round out the tower called, "N6003Y go-around go-around go-around" at which time the aircraft initiated a go around but not before the propellers made contact with the runway. The instructor took the controls to recover from a high pitch, rolling moment on the go-around. The instructor continued the climb and made another pattern to land. After landing on runway 10 right the instructor requested permission to shut down on the taxiway to inspect the aircraft for damage. The go-around called by tower was due to the landing gear not down on N6003Y for the initial approach and landing.
